Timothy Crothers

Timothy began his career in policing, working for both the Vancouver Police Department and the RCMP. At a young age, Timothy knew he had a passion for law and the legal industry and in 2018, he was commissioned by the BC Supreme Court as a BC Notary Public.

Timothy was awarded a Bachelor of Criminology with Distinction from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia. He also holds a Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies (MAALS) from Simon Fraser University.

Timothy began his notarial career working at an established downtown Vancouver notary practice before transitioning to a practice in the Burnaby area where he resides. Here he ran the real estate conveyancing department and provided notarization and estate planning services. Timothy recognizes that buying your first home or preparing a Last Will and Testament can be a daunting and overwhelming process. He has therefore developed a strong passion for creating a comfortable environment to provide uncomplicated and understandable legal services to his clients.

When Tim is not working, he enjoys his family time with his wife and two kids. He enjoys visiting family back in Australia and Scotland, cooking and tending to his garden.
